Solomon Airlines will operate a repatriation flight between Nadi and Honiara on Wednesday 22 December 2021 following Solomon Islands Government’s approval and subject to Fiji’s regulatory approval.

Flight IE639 will depart Nadi at 3:20pm Fiji time, arriving in Honiara at 5:20pm Solomon Islands time.
A statement from the Airlines said those seeking to travel on this service should contact Solomon Islands’ High Commission in Suva as the flight is a Government managed repatriation charter, and passengers must be pre-approved for travel.
All travellers will undergo a mandatory hotel quarantine period and they will be subject to further COVID-19 testing during that period upon arrival in the Solomon Islands.
All COVID-19 test results must be negative before individuals can be released from quarantine. All Solomon Airlines flights comply fully with the COVID-19 regulations of the relevant countries.
Solomon Airlines crews on board the airline’s A320 aircraft will wear face masks and gloves for the duration of service and catering is minimal to reduce contact between passengers and crew.
